By and large, it was holiday base for sightseeing in Queenstown, had much fun. The staff, who carry out exceptional service, was responsive. Lobby was nice. I appreciated that the hotel was near restaurant.

I enjoyed spectacular location, wonderful staff. There was an outstanding restaurant, shops and a supermarket next door. Breakfast was hot, plenty of delicious bread, cereals and meats.

Accommodation was simply stunning and perfectly clean, rooms were luxurious. Worth every penny view, a big balcony, comfy bed, too. Daily fresh bread, cereals and meats for breakfast were outstanding! You could walk to the shops and a supermarket. Also, hackett bungy was 4 km away from the hotel. Shuttle service was provided here too.
